Refund & Return Policy
This return policy applies exclusively to products purchased through Castillo Electric Distribution (CED) Online and returned by the original purchaser.
Easy Returns, No Headaches
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange—provided the items are unused, unopened, undamaged, unaltered, and in original condition. Please indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange when initiating your return. All returns require prior Return Authorization (RA) and must be returned in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
We’ll cover return shipping on orders valued over $40, as long as your return meets all RA requirements and return policy conditions. Some exceptions apply. For items over 4 feet in packaged length (such as conduit or pipe), customers are responsible for return shipping costs regardless of the return value.
Items Not Eligible for Return
CED reserves the right to decline returns or refunds on products that:
- Have been installed or energized
- Were custom ordered or specially stocked
- Are considered non-stock or non-resalable
- Were purchased on clearance or final sale
- Are marked as non-cancellable/non-returnable (e.g., wire cuts, solar PV modules)
All sales of these items are considered final.

Don’t Forget Your Documentation
Be sure to include your original order confirmation or packing slip along with your RA documentation when returning items. Returns sent without the correct paperwork may be subject to a 15% processing fee, deducted from your refund. Items received without an RA or supporting documents may result in delays, refusal of the return, or no credit issued.
